1. Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders are shipped with FedEx or UPS ground shipping in the continental US. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, delivery location, and the selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-8 business days (continental US only)

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (continental US only)

  • Hawaii & Alaska: Shipping will be via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail Service. Processing time is 2-3 business days and transit time may vary from 5-10 business days.

  • ​Depending on the order size, shipment may be divided into multiple boxes with different delivery dates/times.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $350 within the contiguous United States.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be subject to delays due to factors such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High order volume (e.g., during holidays or sales events)

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
